Tyler Dreher

I build software with people who know their industry from the inside.

Build a better future. Live fully.

Mechanical engineer before software. Founder of Sprinter now. Husband, father, Christian, happiest outside. My current work is helping executives turn recurring work into reliable Claude and ChatGPT workflows, then setting up or building only what real use proves deserves more investment.

A grounded kind of progress

Advanced technology. Ancient truths. A life bigger than the screen.

I believe in AI, entrepreneurship, physical craft, wild places, strong families, meaningful discomfort, and work ordered toward service. Progress should help us recover what modern life has lost, not accelerate the losing.

Right now

Helping executives turn recurring work into AI workflows they can actually use.

I am not trying to make every idea a company or force every buyer into a big AI program. The work is concentrated around a private, useful first engagement, a delivery system that does not depend on me, and a small number of vertical products with real operators behind them.

Sprinter's current entry offer

Sprinter

One focused way into the broader Sprinter system starts with the work already on an executive's desk: a $2,500 Executive AI Accelerator with two private 60-minute sessions over one week and three repeatable Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or approved-tool workflows. No workshop to organize, platform to adopt, integration to approve, or long contract.

Execution after the need is proven

Sprinter Consulting

The delivery practice for a named workflow that has earned setup or implementation: workflow sprints, managed execution, and custom systems. Tyler sets the method, quality bar, and direction; the delivery system is being built so senior delivery leads can take over execution as the practice grows.

Proof through real vertical work

Cab‑O‑Matic and Praxium

The products keep the strategy honest. Cab‑O‑Matic is production software for the complexity of cabinet pricing and quoting. Praxium is public at askprax.ai, translating recovery-operator knowledge into protocol intelligence. Different industries, same belief: learn the work from the inside and build what generic software misses.

What I believe

Open a claim for the conviction behind it.

Freedom is the point.

Technology should return time, agency, and possibility to people, not consume more of their lives.

The future is ours to build.

Optimism is not passive. It is the decision to see possibility, question the barrier, and make the alternative real.

Builders multiply builders.

The best tools do more than solve one problem. They help capable people solve thousands more.

Growth lives past comfort.

Ambitious work reveals what we can become, especially when the pursuit is difficult, useful, and in service of others.

Faith gives ambition an order.

Creation, stewardship, integrity, family, and service matter more than motion for its own sake.

Essay

What a time to be a builder

The distance between a strange idea and something real has never been shorter. That does not make building easy. It makes far more people capable of trying.
